Phase I

Assessment

After an initial meeting to establish the budget, the needs and wants for the property, we then visit the site to analyze the space and the key elements such as the structure, sun orientation, natural lighting and state of the existing.

We take the necessary measurements, compare the original floor plans, take pictures and discuss further the possibilities with the client. For the projects abroad, adjustment and modalities will be discussed with the client beforehand.

Phase II

Space organisation

We create new a new floor plan with the data collected to ensure the accuracy of the space and key elements

We create a circulation plan based on the lifestyle and day to day routine of the client

We make a proposal of the space, based on the necessities, functionality and furniture placement. We design by preparing detailed drawings where we explain the furniture, lighting and fixtures

Phase III

Concept development

Once the proposal is agreed upon, we create a first look & feel moodboard, where we can discuss about color palette, materials and style, integrating all the key elements previously mentioned. This moodboard helps the client and the designer to both understand the goal and ensure harmonious final result

After the moodboard validation, our team selects the furniture, lightings, accessories and materials to create an accurate rendition of each space.

Then, we create realistic 3D renderings, based on real products and materials, meant for the client to visualize clearly and in details what the final result will look like.

Phase IV

Execution

After the client's approval, we will list all the selected furniture, lighting and features (wall covering, accessories, etc.) of each space, to ensure a clear understanding of what will be included. In this document, the client can see the detailed pricing of the items and the final cost of the project, including delivery and installation cost, based on the budget previously discussed.

Depending on the project, an execution plan will be included : lighting plan, demolition and new walls plan, elevation plan, technical sheet, etc...
Throughout the execution, the project manager assigned will supervise and coordinate the steps for the implementation and development of the works, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process.

As part of our Client care commitment, every completed refurbishment includes a post-completion consultation visit designed to evaluate the long-term performance of the completed works, ensuring that materials, craftsmanship and custom-made elements continue to meet our quality standards.

A first technical assessment is carried out within the first six months to verify the completed works and identify any normal settlement-related adjustments, as to ensure and maximize the longevity, appearance and overall performance of bespoke elements and finishes.

Depending on the scope of the project, a second technical assessment takes place at approximately twelve months to confirm that finishes, detailing and bespoke elements continue to perform as intended under normal day-to-day use, while evaluating the overall condition and long-term performance of the completed works.

The consultation allows us to remind you of the practical guidance on the correct care and maintenance of the completed interior, such as ventilation and humidity management, appropriate cleaning methods for natural materials and specialist finishes, surface protection, and best practices to preserve the quality, appearance and long-term performance of your interiors.

The visit also provides an opportunity to discuss how the space is functioning in everyday use and identify any features that could be further optimized or enhanced to better suit your ever-evolving lifestyle.
